I can’t say enough about Jeff Claridge and the Tortuga pool company. After getting bids from two other pool companies, we chose Tortuga pools for our backyard oasis. It was the best decision we could’ve ever made. The communication, process, creativity and assistance in making choices and determining design was unparalleled. Jeff’s professionalism and expertise were amazing. What Tortuga pools and Plant Source landscaping did with our lanai space truly exceeded our expectations. Best of all they listened to what we wanted and worked to achieve our dreams . We are now enjoying our backyard resort. Our family and friends, to a person, are in awe of what was done with a small space, it’s fun and it’s beautiful. We can say nothing but thank you, thank you and thank you. 10/10. After being put on the back-burner by three other companies, I was referred to Tortuga by my wife’s brother. It couldn’t have gone any more smooth. I told them what I wanted, they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t want. They made suggestions and really treated the project as if they were building a pool for their own family. So professional and efficient. My backyard is now the go-to place for my family and friends. My only regret is that I wasted so much time and energy dealing with these other companies when all it took was one phone call and a walkthrough with Tortuga and I got exactly what I wanted.
